Lavistique’s mission is to put a smile on every customer’s face. They create portraits of your submitted pet. So the people who come to the website love their pets tremendously, and we can make good use of that in our email marketing.
The goal is to create and optimize a welcome flow, so that revenue comes from this and the first impression with the customer is immediately good.
Lavistique's automations were not up-to-date and did not match the website's branding.
We took a step-by-step approach to Lavistique's automations and ensured that the emails corresponded to the branding.
The result was that the flows were up to date again and an increase in sales came from this.
In June we had the first conversation and we launched on July 1 with what we call phase 1. This means the following: we start with the first campaigns and we launch the first flows so the account can warm up. During the intake we found out that they didn’t have welcome series yet, which is a missed opportunity.
On July 1 we put the welcome series online and at the end of the month 17% of the total revenue came from the welcome flow. So a great first result!
Our team helped Sam optimize their Klaviyo account. We updated the flows and gave them a new look. This time we made sure that the template matches the current branding.
In the first phase we started working with welcome flow + associated popup where the signup rate was above 7%. This is a result we are proud of.
