Increase conversion rate through a new template

How do you ensure that your emails ultimately convert better? For most web shops, it starts with a professional and optimized template and so did this client.

Using a good email template has a positive effect on your conversion rates. A well-designed and optimized template can improve the readability and attractiveness of your emails, which in turn can lead to higher click and conversion rates.

Because a template is so important, we started creating one.

The flows were simple and not up-to-date, also the emails did not match the branding of the webshop.

We created the flows with the new template. We also thought strategically about the customer journey here, for even better results.

The end result is that there are now 10 new flows, which have ensured a 300% increase in revenue.

When you get started with email marketing flows, the customer journey is something you have to think carefully about. That’s why, among other things, we used text-based emails at crucial moments in the funnel, and here we thought carefully about how to convince someone to make a purchase.

By using text-based emails, we tried to make communication with the customer more personal and build a sense of trust and authenticity.

Through this targeted and personalized approach, we achieved a higher click-through rate and conversion rate than with less personalized more general emails.

All in all this was a successful email marketing strategy that contributed to a better customer experience and increased revenue from email marketing.

Our team put all the new flows online within Klaviyo and saw positive results almost immediately.

In the first phase, we set to work thinking about the strategy, which flows we are going to set up and how we will eventually set them up. We also thought carefully about the target audience and how best to reach them.

The result:

As you can see, there has been a nice increase after the flows went online. This currently results in a whopping 24% of sales coming from the email marketing flows.

With this result, the client has already recouped its investment within just 1 month.

Both the client and we are satisfied with this result and we hope to achieve more such great results in the future.
